Recipe: The Best Taco Soup

taco soup 1

Fall is upon us!  And that means soup weather, hallelujah!  This is the easiest soup recipe I have and is delicious, filling and can easily feed the masses.  Perfect for potlucks, church functions, a weeknight meal or even Sunday Family Dinner!  We grew up having a big soup fest on Halloween night before we went out trick or treating, too, and this would be perfect for that.  Serve it up with tortilla chips and top it all with sour cream and cheese.  I got this recipe from the wonderful wife of my LDS Mission President who I met while serving in Ireland as a missionary.
