Gramma Jac took us to the Boy Scout Extravaganza while we were in Utah and the boys could not have loved it more. There were spit ball and rubber band shooting ranges and crafts and Jedi trainings and sports and lots of candy. Everyone there thought James was a girl (yes, we got his hair cut the next day) but I will tell you what–he is ALL boy. And I was shocked at some of his boy scout skills! He would make a really good sniper, let’s just leave it at that.
^A tiny Charlie determined to be big. My Jedi Knight conquering at light saber training.^ I mean, look at that form!
^We told James to aim for the blue (he had a better chance of getting it in there…). Such focus.^
There was a sports section of the expo and only about 1000000 balls flying around, which the boys were giddy over. They played football, basketball, soccer and baseball (not always with the correctly designated balls) for a good hour while my mom and I got to sit and chat. That was the best part of the whole adventure.
