Gratitude parts 25 & 26: discipline and Thoburn

FullSizeRender

I am grateful for discipline.  I feel like I used to be a lot more disciplined in certain ways but I do know the importance of living a disciplined life.  I know how valuable it is to set and accomplish goals, if for no other reason than for being an example to my children. I have much healthier self-awareness when I am working towards something and not letting unfruitful desires dictate my choices.

I’m also grateful for my little apartment here on Thoburn Court.  We’ve done a pretty good job working with what we have and creating a beautiful home for us to learn and grow together.  It’s a safe, comfortable space that our children play together in, laugh together in, bite each other in (working on that one), and kiss each other in.  Is there anything else you really need when creating a home?
