Ingredients
  1. 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  2. 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  6. 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  7. 1 cup butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Set aside.
  2. Combine all wet ingredients, sugar and spice.
  3. Pour into greased dish.
  4. Sprinkle entire contents of cake mix all around the top.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter all over the top of that.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 60 minutes, give or take, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting and serving.
Notes
  1. I cut the pan into smaller squares and place each portion in a paper cupcake liner to serve, especially if entertaining with them or taking them to a party or something.
