Apricot Chicken

This is definitely in John’s top 5 favorite dishes.  Which is totally fine with me because it takes all of 3.7 minutes to assemble.  I love a good slow-cooker recipe!
{What you need}
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts [can be frozen]
1 16 oz. bottle Russian salad dressing
1 18 oz jar apricot jam
1 large packet dry onion soup mix
In a medium sized bowl, mix the salad dressing, jam and soup mix together.  Place chicken breasts in a large slow-cooker and pour jam mixture on top.  Cook on high for 4-6 hours.  Serve with rice.
